Orders ship frozen every Monday or Tuesday (unless otherwise noted) by FedEx, arrive in 2-3 days on cold packs and do not require a signature. Be sure to unbox and place beef in a freezer the same day as arrival. Some cuts might arrive partly unthawed. If they’re cold and under 40°, it’s completely safe to refreeze them.
